Madazela Enterprise (Pty) Ltd is a registered private company which was established in 2013 in Centurion, GP and has since branched out to East London, Eastern Cape and South Coast, KwaZulu-Natal. Madazela is a 100% black female-owned business which was founded by Mrs Ntokozo Ngcobo, who is the Managing Director.
Madazela Enterprise operates in multiple industry sectors, namely Business Compliance & Business Development Services, Construction, Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) as well as Supply & Delivery of Goods.
With almost 10 years of experience, Madazela Enterprise has developed exceptional quality control in delivering its goods & services. Client satisfaction remains a key motivation in the business across all industry sectors, and the entity has the capacity to fulfil numerous projects simultaneously.
The primary geographical scope of operation is Eastern Cape,
Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal, serviced by the company’s immediate
staff compliment of 5 people and associate entities in various areas.
Mrs Ntokozo Ngcobo – Managing Director
Mrs Ntokozo Ngcobo is the founder and Managing Director of Madazela Enterprise. She owns a 100% share in the company. She has almost 25 years working experience under her belt and 10 years of
experience as an Entrepreneur and Business Advisor.
Mrs Ngcobo has held prominent financial management positions through her career in both the public and private sectors. She has demonstrated a passion for Accounting, Finance, Research Projects Management, Empowerment and the Development of start-up businesses, Entrepreneurs and Non-Profit Organizations.
In her quest to solidify her knowledge and achieve a harmonious balance, she is currently en-route to completing her Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree in Management Accounting through UNISA
