ICT PUBLIC SERVICE AWARD 2015 - GOVTECH

In 2015 the State Information Technology Agency (SITA), the annual host of GovTech, introduced the ICT Public Service Awards 2015. At a black-tie gala dinner held at the ICC on 25th October 2015, SmartXchange was declared runner up in the category ICT Service Delivery Transformation Award – Local Government. These awards recognized outstanding service delivery, or a product or service, and/or transformation at a local government level.
